About the Role

We're looking for a

qualified Carpenter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit, well-organized, and respectful crew.

You'll be involved in all aspects of residential renovation projects, from demolition to cleanup, and will play a key role in ensuring our projects meet the high standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of residential renovation carpentry, including demolition, framing, and finishing. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to plans Install doors, trim, and other finish components Work collaboratively with other trades and team members on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with clients and management

Qualifications

Red Seal Carpenter certification

(preferred)

or equivalent experience Minimum 3-5 years of residential carpentry experience Strong knowledge of renovation methods, materials, and building codes Ability to work independently and take initiative Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
