What You'll Do:

Lead the installation

of fences, decks, pergolas, gazebos, and retaining walls

Work independently and with a crew,

mentoring Junior Leadsand supporting other teams as needed

Read and interpret plans

, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship

Apply general building principles

to residential landscaping projects

Follow safety protocols

, including fall protection and first aid (certifications are a plus!)

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience

in carpentry, specializing in outdoor structures Skilled in

reading plans and executing precise builds

Comfortable leading

a team while staying hands-on with the work

Experience with Hardscapes & Softscapes

is a plus

Safety-conscious

, with first aid and fall protection certification (or willing to obtain)

Valid Class 5 driver's license

preferred

Schedule & Hours:

Monday - Friday

(occasional Saturdays)

Start time:

6-7 AM weekdays | 7-8 AM Saturdays

Work week:

40-50 hours
