Looking to add a skilled carpenter/renovator to our team. We are a small family-focused company specializing in both new construction and renovations.

Must live within reasonable distance of Winchester

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the industry, (Siding, roofing, drywall, trim, hardwood, tile etc.) but is looking to learn new skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a young person to learn all aspects of carpentry. At Endurance, we do lots of different jobs, keeping the work day fun and motivating. This is a stress-free environment, no yelling. We are here to teach you and help you learn. You will be on the tools from day 1.

Duties

Measure, cut and install a variety of materials. Dimensional lumber, drywall, shingles, tiles etc Framing; Must understand the basic concepts of wall framing including headers, jack studs, RO's etc. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and scaffolding and working at heights. Various other tasks associated with carpentry including demolition, clean-up, communicating ideas with clients etc.

Qualifications

Some experience in the industry is preferred but we are willing to train the right person from scratch. Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Must have basic hand tools and a tool belt. Looking for someone who is physically fit.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
