Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members' peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Respond to service calls regarding tenant requests. Perform various carpentry work in buildings. Perform any other related tasks.

Professional Requirements

High School Diploma (DES) Hold a journeyman carpenter's license recognized by the CCQ (Commission de la construction du Quebec) or the RBQ (Regie du batiment du Quebec) Five (5) years as a general maintenance carpenter.

Technical Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver's license and own a vehicle at the time of hiring.

Knowledge of spoken and written French.



Non-Technical Requirements

Good knowledge of the techniques and practices used in the trade. Ability to work and perform work independently according to trade rules and established procedures. Ability to assess and control trade risks and take precautionary measures.
