Branco Management Inc. is looking for an experienced

Carpenter

to support our growing project needs across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience and is confident working with minimal supervision on tasks such as framing, formwork, demolition support, and general construction. You'll play a key role in site preparation, structural building, finish work, and demolition, ensuring all tasks are completed safety and efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of carpentry or general construction experience. Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment. Able to rea and interpret blueprints and basic construction plans. Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs. Comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and hazmat construction zones. Class 5 NB Drivers License, and reliable means of transportation. Ability to work nights, and out-of-town projects. CSA-approved steel-toed boots. Certifications: WHMIS 2015, Comprehensive Fall Protection, Mobile Elevated Work Platform. (required) Certification: Asbestos Abatement, Confined Space Entry/Attendant, CPR/First Aid (considered an asset)

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry work including framing, sheathing, and forming. Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Measure, cut, and install wood and other building materials. Set up and strip formwork for concrete pours. Install doors, hardware, blocking, and other finish items. Maintain clean and safe job sites. Work independently or lead small crews when needed. Communicate with site supervisors and follow project scopes.
