Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, especially skilled in framing and structural work.
Responsibilities
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Fabricate custom pieces as needed for specific projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks. Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps in structures. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion within deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction or maintenance person services. Strong skills in assembling structures and framing. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
