Responsibilities

Carry out restoration projects with attention to detail and quality Install siding, soffit, wood trim. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks Assist in demolition and framing on renovation projects. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the job Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields Knowledge of basic construction in one or more areas. Experience with caulking, roofing, assembly, and maintenance person tasks is preferred Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
