The ideal candidate must possess a broad range of skills in construction, carpentry, and maintenance person services, contributing to the successful completion of diverse tasks.

Duties

Perform concrete forming and masonry work as required for structural integrity. Install cabinets and flooring, ensuring precise measurements and alignment. Execute construction painting tasks with attention to detail for a polished finish. Lay tiles with precision, ensuring proper spacing and alignment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks. Install rebar for concrete reinforcement as part of structural projects. Engage in roofing, siding, and caulking Perform heavy lifting as required during the execution of tasks. Assemble components or structures according to specifications.

Skills

Strong background in concrete forming, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, carpentry, woodworking, and maintenance person experience. Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely in various applications. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques for accurate project planning. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently. Experience in roofing, siding installation, and caulking work is desirable.
