Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of Carpenter. This role requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of duties that contribute to the successful completion of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision. Carry out construction painting tasks to enhance aesthetics and protect surfaces. Utilize CNC machinery for manufacturing components as required. Conduct rebar installation for structural integrity in concrete projects. Engage in heavy lifting and assembly tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Execute maintenance person tasks including plumbing repairs, electrical installations, and general maintenance. Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete various construction projects. Assist in construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.

Experience

Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes:

Proficiency in carpentry, woodworking, and various construction techniques. Familiarity with restoration processes and techniques. Experience with flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, roofing, and other related tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. A solid understanding of safety practices within the construction industry. Pay: $19.92-$29.71 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
