Hipperson Construction is a Regina based construction company established in 1996 with a demonstrated track record as a general contractor, design builder, construction manager and supplier of pre-engineered steel buildings. We are currently seeking a strong Foreman Carpenter to join our crew in La Ronge, SK.
Main Duties Include:
Primary responsibility is to assist Site Superintendent in construction activities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Lead onsite safety orientations
Ability to read blue-prints and assist with project layouts
Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
Set up the conditions for concrete to be poured
Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance at all times
Participate in sub-trade meetings and sub-trade management.
Create and maintain new and existing relationships with all levels of personnel within the company, clients, suppliers and subtrades.

SCOT and LSE Certificates required
Efficient, detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Able to take instruction easily
Punctual
Must be able to physically perform the duties of this position including but not limited to; lifting, bending, stooping, climbing ladders and working at heights.
Able to work in all weather conditions
Teamwork oriented
Knowledge of construction terminology and documents
Experience working in the construction industry and an interest to develop skills in this industry is preferred
