Tasks
---------Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware Supervise other workers
Experience
--------------1 year to less than 2 years
Support for newcomers and refugees
--------------------------------------Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
Support for youths
----------------------Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Support for mature workers
