Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction and maintenance person skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role involves working on diverse projects, including restoration, installation, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, and other materials. Build and repair structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, and decks. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with building codes. Work collaboratively with project managers and other trades. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience required Reliable vehicle Proficiency in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Precision and attention to detail in all aspects of work Physical strength, stamina, and hand-eye coordination Time management and ability to meet project deadlines Teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with clients and crews Adaptability to work on a variety of projects, from framing to finishing

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
