We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including building, installation, and restoration. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results that meet our clients' specifications.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble homes according to blueprints and project specifications.
Restore and repair existing structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Conduct construction painting as needed to enhance the finished product.
Handle heavy lifting and maneuver materials safely on job sites.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred.
Strong skills in blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans.
Familiarity with various carpentry tools and equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
Basic maintenance person skills are a plus for additional maintenance tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
