Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including installation, construction, and finishing work. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. Perform concrete forming for foundations and other structural elements. Lay tiles for flooring and walls as per design specifications. Execute construction painting tasks to finish surfaces and enhance aesthetics. Estimate materials and labor costs for projects to ensure budget adherence. Assemble furniture, cabinets, and other wooden structures with precision. Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks. Lift heavy materials as required for various projects while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in roofing techniques and installation methods. Experience with concrete forming processes. Knowledge of tile laying techniques for various applications. Familiarity with construction painting practices for both interior and exterior projects. Strong skills in construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments. Ability to assemble various structures and fixtures with attention to detail. Competence in using power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders effectively. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various conditions.
