Carpenter - Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a

skilled and reliable Carpenter

to join our team in Bridgewater. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of carpentry and construction, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, precision, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Perform a variety of carpentry and general construction tasks, including, but not limited to: Caulking and sealing Restoration and repair work Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, wood substitutes, and other materials Repair or replace damaged structural components, framing, or finish work Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications Work collaboratively with other trades and team members to complete projects on time and to high standards

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar construction role Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as construction equipment Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and industry best practices Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents and blueprints High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions Strong organizational and time management skills Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or relevant certification is preferred Valid driver's License
