Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a . This role requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance person tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set that includes experience in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical work, along with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This position is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Perform concrete forming and restoration tasks as needed. Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles with precision. Execute construction painting duties to enhance the aesthetic appeal of projects. Engage in masonry work including bricklaying and stone setting. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed. Install rebar for concrete reinforcement as per specifications. Participate in roofing projects ensuring proper installation techniques are followed. Apply caulking for sealing gaps and joints in various structures. Handle heavy lifting of materials during construction activities. Collaborate with team members on various construction tasks including siding installation, assembly, and plumbing work. Provide electrical support for installations or repairs as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction or maintenance person roles with a comprehensive skill set in carpentry, woodworking, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and more. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics is essential Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques including tile laying. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely adhering to safety protocols. Experience in restoration projects is highly desirable. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by various tasks within the role. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
