We're looking for a
hands-on Carpenter / Renovator
who knows bathrooms inside and out. Someone who can frame, trim, install, and problem-solve on site -- and who takes real pride in the work they leave behind.
What You'll Do
Handle full bath remodels -- tub/shower swaps, vanities, fixtures, trim, drywall, you name it.
Do general carpentry work: framing, finish trim, baseboards, patching walls, flooring.
Keep your site clean and safe -- respect the client's home.
Help lead the crew on site, keep jobs moving, and figure stuff out when problems come up.
Talk to the team, clients, and trades so everyone knows what's happening.
Pitch in with ordering materials, making sure you have what you need to get the job done.
Who You Are
You've done bathroom renovations before -- start to finish. This is
not
an entry-level gig.
You're handy with a saw, nail gun, level, and pretty much any tool in the van.
You care about quality -- sloppy work isn't your thing.
You're reliable, you show up on time, and you don't leave your crew hanging.
You can read plans and follow scopes without someone watching over your shoulder.
You've got a valid driver's license and reliable wheels.
