.We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded carpenter who has experience with both framing and finishing--someone who can confidently take on a variety of tasks, from structural builds to detailed interior work. Responsibilities

Perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, doors, windows, and finishing work. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and quality. Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and composites. Install structural components, cabinetry, trim, and other finishing elements. Work alongside other trades and team members to complete renovations and builds efficiently. Ensure work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in general carpentry, including both framing and finishing work. o Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience working in residential renovations and construction preferred. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A pleasure craft license is considered an asset, but not required. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
