Short term assignment for 9 days. 10 am to 1 pm daily for 9 days Nov 14 to 22. current private caregiver going on vacation Nov 14 to 22.



>general location: Valleymede & HWY 7, Richmond Hill

>Medical condition: suffer multiple sclerosis (like Polak case); 200 lbs 6' 2", use wheelchairs

>Care needs: transfer from bed to wheelchair using mechanical lift sling, put on harness jacket for the transfer ; assist morning hygiene routine, transfer from wheelchair to shower chair for shower, prepare light breakfast (like make coffee and toast, and boil/fry eggs, simple food)

>Patient also receiving support fom PSW from Ontario Health atHome in the afternoon

>toilet is wheelchair assessable

>For safety reason, prefer male caregiver or strong female caregiver due to his weight, and experience in using mechanical lift and harnesses for transfer

>shift: Nov 14th to 22nd, 9 days, 3 hours per day from 10 am to 1 pm
