Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver to accompany and assist our male employer who is quadriplegic. The employer is looking for someone to work with who can bring good communication skills, positivity, and good energy!

Location:

Clover Point Dive Site

Shifts and Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings

or

Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday evenings 6:00 pm-9:00 pm or 6:30 pm-9:30 pm

Compensation

$30.00 per hour

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Assist with all aspects of personal care such as dressing and showering/bathing Assistance with washroom and bowel care (i.e., digital stimulation) Driving the employer for errands and appointments

Qualifications:

Good communication skills and positive energy Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 Must be comfortable working in an environment with dogs and cats Strong and capable to assist the employer with transfers Class 5 Driver's License (required) 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
