Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Personal Support Worker for vacation coverage to help assist our Female employer with Cerebral Palsy and a Speech impediment with all activities of daily living.
Location:
Vancouver, BC (Near Still Creek Watershed Pedestrian Bridge )
Shifts and hours:
Sundays 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Compensation:
$23.00 an hour
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
Daily personal care such as showering, and toileting Light housekeeping Meal preparation Transfers Range of motion exercises/light massage Assistance on outings
Required Qualifications:
Willing to use communication assistive tech as needed Willingness to seek out tasks Willing to engage in conversation with the employer Caregiving experience Ability to speak Russian, or Ukrainian strongly preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
