Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a female employer with ALS, to provide personal care and assistance with all activities of daily living and overnight support.

She enjoys puzzles and reading and loves her dogs.

Location:

Aldergrove (Near Bertrand Creek Dog Park)

Shifts & Hours of Work:

Monday-Friday 11am-7pm Saturday-Sunday 9am-12pm Saturday 5pm-8pm Sunday 5pm-10pm

Compensation:

$25.00 per hour

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

Meal preparation and light housekeeping Asssit with nebulizer, red light therapy and bi-pap Toileting, showering and dressing Assisted Range of Motion stretching Assisted outings and going out in the community Assist with medication and other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

Caregiving experience is preferred ALS Experience is preferred Fully vaccinated Driver's License is an asset Must be comfortable working in an environment with small dogs Willingness to be trained
