Health Care Assistants & Personal Care Team - Join Our Community of Compassion

Nest Home Care invites certified Health Care Assistants (HCA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Support Workers (HSW) with valid First Aid, Food Safe, and related certificates to make a difference in seniors' lives. We provide respectful in-home care, supporting independence and well-being for each client.

Your Role

Provide personal care and daily living support in client homes. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility. Foster clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Communicate with kindness, clarity, and respect. Ensure a client-focused approach that honours each person's culture and background.

About You

Health Care Assistants: Completed HCA program with registry number (BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry) Personal Care Assistants/Home Support Workers: At minimum, current First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certifications, plus any other relevant training (e.g., dementia care, palliative care) Experience in caregiving (home, community, or practicum) is an asset Strong communication and teamwork skills Internationally educated nurses are encouraged to apply, provided the required documents are submitted Speaking more than one language is an asset HCA students may be considered under certain conditions
