Overview

We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and Assistance in daily living.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, and dressing. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation. Administer medication if Needed. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Engage client in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with mobility and transfers. Assist with medical appointments

Requirements

Previous experience in assisted living, or nursing students are invited to apply. Knowledge of patient care practices and caregiving techniques Experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse populations. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Cleaning skills to maintain a tidy living space for clients. Psws and nursing students invited to apply Must speak fluent English Must like dogs, family has friendly, hypoallergenic dogs.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift On call Weekends as needed

LaSalle, ON N9H 2A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
