Duties

As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as grooming. Supporting meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition for him Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring clients for any changes in health status. Assisting with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary to ensure client safety. Offering companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those experiencing au or other cognitive impairments. Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns or changes in client condition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting when required. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and infection control practices.
