In your role as the Card Program Administrator at The North West Company (TNWC); you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of all Financial Services Card Programs. This includes providing customer service and support to new and existing business partners, customers, and stores.

Your Role:

• Processes individual debit and pre-paid credit card loads, cancellations and adjustments as required.
• Loads all pre-paid credit and debit card batches.
• Reconciles all card loads for Business Partners daily.
• Maintains individual batch reconciliation records of all Business Partners.
• Prepares spreadsheets to charge the necessary accounts for all Business Partners load transactions.
• Provides customer service by investigating and solving all discrepancies and answering customer and employee questions relating to all card programs.
• Assists in new business opportunities.
• Prepares deposit information daily.
• Provides customer service assistance to stores and customers as well as other areas of Financial Services such as LinkTax when required.
• Issues card orders to stores.




Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years previous accounting experience is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with automated card systems and MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be highly motivated with proven organizational, planning and prioritizing skills.
• Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively and professionally.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or shift work as required.
