What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be accountable for supporting our Consumer Proprietary Credit Cards Team, contributing to the ongoing operations and product development for credit card benefits and embedded insurance portfolio. You will help support the credit card benefits strategy, product launches, ongoing portfolio management, market research and regulatory compliance initiatives.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
How You’ll Succeed
Strategic Thinking - Make sound business recommendations based on our strategic priorities for the Card Benefits & Embedded Insurance team. Support new partnership opportunities to deliver new benefits for all credit card products.
Project Management – Help support the ongoing roadmap of product management projects for the card products including launches and enhancements.
Client Focus – Identify and implement creative solutions to ensure that changes to ensure regulatory compliance and resolve issues strike the right balance between governance/controls, client experience and contractual terms.
Relationship Building - Work with partners in Credit Cards and across other lines of business to support the brand. Work closely with Frontline support teams to create internal awareness and education around card product benefits and support the frontline with knowledge and tools to help meet client needs.
Issue Resolution – Lead the timely resolution of complex issues. Conduct root cause and analysis of issues as they arise and recommend new/amended controls to prevent recurrence. Design and implement action plans to address issues and prevent future occurrence.
