What is the Opportunity?

Product Design and Organization focus is key to establishing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the newly launched business in RBC Capital Markets. This is a green field program to build a digital-first and client-driven solutions to service corporate clients. The Senior Liquidity Product Manager will lead journeys to drive product strategy, develop roadmap and define, prioritize and implement innovative digital solutions. The Product Manager will work collaboratively with different teams across Technology, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Strategic/FinTech partners to deliver best-in-class customer experience by adopting the agile methodology. The incumbent will make key decisions shaping the future of the technology-driven industry.

What will you do?

  • Creates, refines and prioritizes user stories and backlog
  • Defines and drives a vision for Cash Management and core banking solutions including liquidity management, virtual accounts and hybrid solutions
  • Effectively manages and communicates product vision, strategy, OKR/KPIs and reporting
  • Identifies product use cases and converts a client voice into data and backlog by actively understanding the needs and identifying business requirements
  • Creates, refines and prioritizes user stories and backlog
  • Partners closely with cross-functional product teams to drive best-in-class integration and client experience
  • Leads Go-to-Market readiness for business launch and product roll outs
  • Contributes to business communication strategy and planning
What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in financial industry, preferably in Cash Management ,Transaction Banking and/or Commercial Banking as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
  • 3+ years of hand on experience in agile development in a Product Manager/Owner or Business Analyst role, including creating, grooming user stories and refining backlog.
  • In-depth Working knowledge in deposit, credit, liquidity and reporting products such as Virtual Accounts and investment solutions
  • Understanding of innovative technologies and current digital banking trends
  • Working knowledge in digital channels
