We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, particularly in the automotive industry, and will be adept at navigating high-end sales environments. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Duties
Engage with potential customers through various channels to generate leads and drive sales.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, maintaining organized records of interactions.
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
Collaborate with the sales support team to facilitate smooth transactions and follow-ups.
Leverage marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote dealership offerings.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable; familiarity with high-end sales is a plus.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially in Spanish) are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Strong math skills for pricing calculations and financial discussions with customers.
Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; retail sales experience will also be considered.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
