We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection. Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base. Conduct negotiations with potential buyers to close deals effectively. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to final sale, ensuring all customer interactions are documented. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience. Maintain an organized approach to follow-ups and customer relationship management.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service throughout the sales process. Familiarity with sales support tools and organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively. Experience in marketing strategies that drive customer engagement is desirable. A passion for automobiles and understanding of the automotive market trends is advantageous.
