Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Car Sales Representative
to join our growing dealership team. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through effective questioning Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales Maintain strong product knowledge of inventory and financing options Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $12,500.00 per month
