Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within a retail or dealership environment. Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices. Excellent math skills for processing transactions and managing financial aspects of sales. Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools is a plus.
