We're looking for a driven
Car Sales Representative
who thrives on commission-based earnings and is motivated by results. This role requires confidence in social media advertising, lead follow-up, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Lead Generation
Post and promote vehicles daily on
Facebook Marketplace and social media
.
Respond to online leads quickly and professionally.
Customer Outreach
Call, text, and email leads consistently to generate appointments.
Build relationships and qualify customers for approvals.
Show vehicles to customers and conduct test drives.
Sales Process & Documentation
Collect and organize customer documents needed for credit approvals.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales files.
Guide customers through financing and purchase steps until delivery.
Qualifications:
OMVIC license required
(or willingness to obtain before starting).
Previous automotive or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email).
Comfort with
social media marketing
and lead follow-up.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Must have a valid G driver's license.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
