Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential leads and nurturing relationships. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences. Utilize market knowledge to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the industry. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or within a dealership environment is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. Proficiency in math to assist with pricing, discounts, and financial calculations. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement. Familiarity with sales pipelines and CRM software is an advantage.
