Distribution Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team.

:

Prepare accurate and consistent Daily Rental Forecast Reports. Prepare accurate and consistent Previous Day Summary Reports. Prepare Fleet Breakdown Reports. Approve and submit daily employee timesheets in Payworks. Approve and update purchase orders in Salesforce. Complete and submit licensing requests to Service Ontario efficiently. Update airport gas and diesel fuel inventories and communicate to GM. Assist head office with identifying drivers for speeding, parking, and toll infractions. Prepare rental and revenue activity reports weekly and monthly. Reconcile and submit vehicle licensing reports weekly and monthly. Renew all license plates for Hertz and Surgenor Fleet annually. Support distribution administrator with daily tripping activity. Reconcile all corporate vehicles and match foreign city reservations with corporate vehicles. Coordinate with corporate cities for vehicle updates and movements. Assist distribution administrator with vehicle de-fleeting and handle daily location concerns.

Requirements:

Education

: A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, a related field, or a combination of equivalent work experience & education.

Experience

: 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.

Skills

: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Technical Proficiency

: Proficient in using relevant software and technology, such as Excel, Salesforce, and Payworks.

Communication

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Attention to Detail

: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with regulations.

Physical Requirements:

Applicant must possess all hearing, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, standing, speaking, hearing, writing, typing, filing, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, printer, and scanner is required.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Salary could range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually based on experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Standard shift 730am - 430pm
o Hours of work will fluctuate due to the hours of operation and may include holidays, weekends, and shift work. Expect to work between 40-44 hours per week. Deadlines may occur and it is expected that, if required, additional time will be spent to meet these deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
