Company Description

EMC Therapy offers physiotherapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, and counselling services in Richmond, BC, near IKEA and Cambie Secondary School. Our home healthcare team also provides home visit acupuncture, kinesiology sessions at community centres, online counselling services, and prescription delivery services.

Role Description

This is a part-time role for a health therapist (physiotherapist, massage therapist, etc.) at EMC Therapy. The therapist will be responsible for providing assessment and therapy sessions according to the need of patients at the clinic location and in the community, and coordinating with the healthcare team, which may also include patients' family physician. The role is primarily based in Richmond, BC.

Patient assessment and treatment sessions Knowledge protocols and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Valid BCAK registration

Work Schedule:

A minimum of 2 days preferred

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $75 - $100 Higher compensation rate for home-visits/weekend shifts

Language Preferences:

Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
