As a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker at Insureline Platinum, you will manage an in-house book of business with the goal of expanding it through excellent customer service and relationship building. You will also oversee and support a growing team of brokers, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage In-House Book of Business:
Oversee and grow an existing book of business by delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
Team Management:
Supervise and manage a team of brokers, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for success.
Broker Support:
Provide ongoing assistance to brokers, offering guidance on complex cases and best practices.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain client relationships, addressing their insurance needs with tailored property and casualty solutions.
Business Growth:
Develop strategies to expand the book of business and identify new client acquisition opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
Insurance License:
Level 1 or Level 2 insurance license is required.
Experience:
Proven experience as an insurance broker, particularly in property and casualty insurance.
Management Skills:
Experience in managing a book of business and overseeing a team of brokers.
Multi-Tasking:
Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear, actionable advice.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Knowledge:
In-depth working knowledge of Applied Rater and EPIC is preferred.
Language:
Must speak English and Mandarin

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
