Position Overview:
As a
Property & Casualty Insurance Agent
, you will identify prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer customized solutions that align with their goals and lifestyles. Your ability to build trust, maintain strong relationships, and exceed performance targets will directly contribute to our continued success.
Your key responsibilities include:
Proactively generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement
Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders through personalized service and support
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives
Match Grenville Mutual's insurance products to client needs with confidence and clarity
Accurately document client interactions and transactions in compliance with regulatory standards
Ensure all sales and service activities meet industry regulations and company policies
Requirements for the successful candidate:
Active OTL or RIBO license, or 5+ years of relevant sales experience with ability to obtain a license
Minimum 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably as an agent or broker
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close sales
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach
Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and virtual communication platforms
