Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service Guide and direct customers through their cannabis purchasing journey Respond to customer inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy Provide assistance to patrons interesting in growing cannabis at home, from our GROW cultivation department Fulfill orders from online sales and express checkout system Assist with implementing new delivery expansion Process transactions through the TechPOS point-of-sale system Operate various integrated computer platforms Receive and document inventory Create POs, sales orders, digital files, emails Complete end of day reporting and procedures Ensure compliance in all transactions Assist with opening/closing of the store Provide merchandising and cleaning assistance as required Receive cross-training in multiple departments to provide coverage when vacancies arise Handle busy, stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor Other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum age for this position is 19, no exceptions Must possess valid Yukon Government BARS-C Cannabis Worker Training Must have clear Criminal Record Background check within the last 3 months Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in the cannabis industry Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a high level of customer interaction, with suggestive selling and enthusiasm Team player with positive, charismatic, and welcoming attitude and strong work ethic In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains and consumption methods is preferred In-depth knowledge of cultivation methods, lighting, nutrients, tents is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor Able to stand on feet for extended periods of timey management.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19.5 - 32 per week
