Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identifying their private aviation needs and offering customized charter solutions.
Relationship Building
: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and brokers to foster repeat business.
Lead Management
: Manage and track leads through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and a professional client experience.
Consultative Selling
: Provide expert advice on aircraft options, pricing, and logistics to help clients make informed decisions.
Market Expertise
: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to position our services competitively.
Operational Coordination
: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings, from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up.
What We're Looking For
2-5 Years' Experience in Luxury Sales
: Proven track record in sales, preferably within luxury goods, private aviation, or travel industries.
Superior Communication Skills
: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade discerning clients.
Proficiency with IT & Sales Tools
: Familiarity with CRM/Sales platforms and Microsoft Teams.
Adaptability
: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion
: A genuine interest in luxury travel and a commitment to providing unparalleled customer service.
Hours of Work:
Charter Sales Specialists work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with shifts rotating between days, afternoons and weekends. Additional hours may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
Work Location:
This is an on-site position at our Cambridge Head Office.
