Join Our Team as a Cannabis Production Technician

Are you passionate about the cannabis industry? Bloom House is looking for a motivated and experienced Cannabis Production Technician to join our dynamic team in our state-of-the-art facility.

Position Overview

As a Cannabis Production Technician, you'll support the daily operations of cannabis cultivation and production, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble pre-rolls, and handle packaging and labeling Maintain strict cleanliness and sterility throughout the facility Adhere to all SOPs and regulations under the Cannabis Act (Health Canada) Communicate production updates and issues promptly to management Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Respect and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces Work independently or collaboratively as needed Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent Must be 19 years of age or older Strong attention to detail and math skills Basic knowledge of plant biology and manufacturing processes Ability to operate and maintain cultivation equipment Effective communication and teamwork abilities Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) Capable of repetitive tasks, standing/sitting for long periods, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
