We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and prepared for distribution efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Assemble products according to specifications, following quality control standards. Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety regulations. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any mechanical issues. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus; certification may be required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Experience with assembly processes and packaging techniques is advantageous. Proficient in using hand tools safely and effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
