Summary:
The main responsibilities of the incumbent will be to develop and implement the strategic marketing plan for all properties including Place Ville Marie, Edifice Jacques Parizeau, Edifice Price and to lead the timeshare committee (Nouveau Centre) throughout Downtown Montreal.
The property marketing strategy should be designed to provide a distinctive experience that exceeds customer expectations, and to deliver measurable results that contribute to the achievement of the properties' objectives while respecting the integrity of the company's marketing vision. This strategy also aims to make the properties an urban gathering place around a program of cultural and experiential activities worthy of major international cities; A welcoming site that is conducive to business, fun and modern, embodying the Montreal art of living in the heart of downtown. The incumbent will also be expected to work in concert with the senior management, administration and customer relations of the properties in addition to having the responsibility of managing a team.

Responsibilities:
Marketing activities for properties:
Design and implement the annual marketing strategy plan and budget for the properties;
Develop marketing initiatives and activities that are adapted to the needs of the various tenants (office and commercial) to increase service, the notoriety of the entire complex, as well as the traffic of commercial spaces;
Support from a marketing and communication point of view the ongoing redevelopment project of the property, and ensure the declination of the brand in the various spaces;
Lead the timeshare committee throughout downtown Montreal to develop a program of cultural and experiential activities that animate the properties, and that participate in the value creation of the real estate portfolio;
Manage mandates entrusted to advertising, marketing agencies and other partners;
Establish, administer and control the annual marketing budget of the properties, including the projected amounts of the development fund and the owner's contribution;
Stay abreast of developments and innovation in the office and commercial real estate industry, and the evolution of the competition.
Customer Experience:
In collaboration with the Customer Service team, implement communication tools to inform and engage all customers (tenants, visitors and consumers) in order to ensure that customers have an exceptional experience;
On an ongoing basis, ensure monitoring to improve and enhance the experience;
In collaboration with the Market Research Department and the business unit, coordinate and manage all research projects, whether quantitative or qualitative in nature, within the budget, with tenants and/or consumers;
Assist, in particular, in supporting and advising on the production of materials for tenants and external internal services: Customer Relations, Security and Fire Department, Parking Manager, Construction Team, Leasing Team (in collaboration with the Strategic Marketing Advisor, Offices).
Special Events, Promotion and Advertising:
Implement, in collaboration with the office business unit, initiatives to offer the best possible service to its tenants and an attractive living environment for their employees that is in line with their core values such as quality of life, social responsibility and well-being:
Ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the brand strategy and values of the buildings;
Establish and manage a communication platform that will promote events and special activations;
Leverage trends and culture to carry out sponsorship and promotional programs that support the complex's objectives while supporting community actions;
Design and implement a program of special events, promotions and communications to support the businesses of the Shopping Gallery, manage the gift card program in collaboration with the various stakeholders;
Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
Digital platforms:
Work with the Strategic Marketing team to improve the engagement of target customers through the website, social media and also existing or future platforms owned by the property;
Contribute to the introduction of new digital products, particularly by providing relevant content at launch and afterward;
Participate in the implementation of the strategy of the social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) and evaluate their effectiveness;
Ensure compliance with company guidelines for social media, analytics, digital marketing programs, privacy, and data management.
Communications :
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with media representatives and, as required, coordinate media events;
Participate in the delivery and supervision of various communications and public relations activities, such as the drafting of media relations materials, speeches and presentations, and internal and external newsletters.
Team management:
See to the hiring, development, training, coaching and supervision of the staff under his/her responsibility. Conduct performance meetings and follow up on set objectives;
Lead your team to provide the highest level of service to all clients, both internally and externally, and to continuously improve the client experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing or master's degree in a relevant field, an asset;
A minimum of eight years of experience, including three years in a management role in the field of marketing, ideally in real estate;
Developed management skills with business acumen, global vision and strong team spirit;
Experience in managing large-scale projects in B2B and B2C;
Excellent organizational, planning and multi-schedule management skills;
With a creative sense with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to generate new experiences for tenants and consumers;
Ability to embrace change and new approaches in an extremely fast-paced environment;
Strong customer service and detail-oriented skills;
Experience in budget management and good understanding of general accounting principles;
Particular attention to the development of marketing skills and knowledge of the real estate industry;
Very good communication and presentation skills as support to the spokesperson;
Excellent command of French spoken and written
