Burlington/WoodstockPerks:

  • Commissions paid out quarterly.
  • Will be given $500 monthly for car allowance and a gas card
  • When travelling over night company will arrange Hotel, rental car and food expenses for employee.
  • Will be given a company laptop and cell phone
Duties:
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7:30-5:00pm
  • This is a Hybrid role.
  • Will be expected to come into the office one or two times a week to collaborate with Sales Team and Manufacturing Team.
  • Other days will be out on the road visiting clients and prospects.
  • Expected to travel across Canada and within Ontario to develop the market, meet customers.
  • 50% of time will be travelling in Ontario, 25% across Canada and the balance of the time in the office.
Client is looking for employee to visit 8 to 10 clients/prospects daily and make 20 to 30 sales calls a day.
  • Build key customer relationships with new and existing clients. Develop and implement strategy to grow market share across Canada
  • Grow Canadian market by 30% annually
  • Be technically knowledgeable about all the products that are being offered and how to ensure the customer gets the best product fit to solve his load coving requirements
  • Cold-call within a defined market or geographic area to ensure continual opportunities for business growth
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients (use of CRM system to manage calls and data)
  • Present new products and services-participate in determining advertising goals and objectives; call clients to make them aware of specials and new products and provide demonstrations of products and service where appropriate
  • Set and achieve sales targets and growth projections for product line across Canada
  • Follow-up on all leads and quotes in a timely manner before decision is made to purchase to ensure opportunity is not lost to competitor
  • Attend trade shows and networking events
Assets
  • Looking for someone with 7-10-years' experience directly related to trailer/transport
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including excel and word
  • Use of CRM systems & ERP System (Anyone who has experience using HubSpot & Visual Manufacturing)
  • Must be fluent in Punjabi and English
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must have a Canadian Passport
