Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional virtual support to chiropractic clinics
Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, messaging, and system navigation
Create or contribute to help documentation (FAQs, guides, training materials)
Collaborate with development and product teams to enhance user experience
Offer clear, actionable guidance to help staff get the most out of our tools
Multitask efficiently while responding through help desk channels
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High comfort level with technology and remote support tools (email, chat, screen sharing, etc.)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
A positive, customer-focused mindset
Experience with chiropractic or medical office systems is a plus, not a requirement
Interest in leveraging AI-enhanced tools to improve support efficiency
Fast thinker, fast typer, and someone who asks questions when needed
