Your Purpose: Our Servers form a critical connection with our guests, actively shaping their experience by providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment. Servers embody our core values and create meaningful guest experiences.


What will you do?

• Greet tables warmly, making a positive first impression
• Maintain tables; set up, organize, clear and clean in a timely manner
• Become and expert in all menu items including regular items, specials, allergens and dietary restrictions
• Make recommendations and provide pairing and upselling suggestions
• Take accurate orders and manage bill times
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized
What do you need?

• A passion for people and fun, and be 19+ years of age
• A dedication to learning a large menu with many in-house made items
• The ability to communicate effectively
• The ambition and drive to create the best experience for your team and guests
• The drive to find solutions
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and restaurant demands
• The ability to obtain Serve It Right and FoodWise Certifications
• The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements
