Position Summary... The Sr. Specialist, Marketing & On Demand Driver Onboarding, leads in the execution of the Spark Driver marketing strategy to grow the independent contractor driver pool on the Spark Driver app. Their responsibilities include researching, developing, and implementing online advertising, job listings, SEO, referral incentives, onboarding communications, and informational videos. They are also accountable for updating and improving the Spark Driver website and application portal, as well as providing support to potential drivers applying to the program. They will work cross-functionally across the business with teams in Canada and the United States.

What you\'ll do...

Lead the execution of the Spark Driver marketing strategy to grow the independent contractor driver pool on the Spark Driver app. Implementation of the strategy includes developing new resources, content, and processes (including integration of new marketing channels) throughout the shopper and driver conversion funnel.

Own driver onboarding for the Spark Driver platform. Develop and implement driver recruitment campaigns targeted to specific regions. Monitor the number of applicants and conversion status for each campaign, adjusting the strategy and taking actions to increase number of applications and conversion effectiveness. Provide bilingual (French and English) support to applicants to answer inquiries and concerns.

Drive sign-ups to the Spark Driver platform by publishing advertisements and job listings on prominent networks targeting those seeking gig opportunities. Monitor weekly conversion rates and cost per acquisition to determine the most cost-effective channels at a regional zone level. Determine what channels perform best in each region on a week-over-week basis to get the best ROI.

Improve the driver application experience by identifying enhancements to the application portal and working with the technology team to prioritize and implement enhancements. Update the Spark Driver website and app store listings, providing drivers with informative content to encourage and assist onboarding.Perform search engine optimization (SEO) for the Spark Driver website and in app stores by optimizing for branded and non-branded terms to show up at the top of search results.

Create and implement an onboarding communications framework and content to prod drivers through the onboarding funnel to increase conversion rates.

Design and deploy referral incentives to prompt drivers to spread the word and recruit others using their own social networks. Test and learn by launching different incentives to optimize for the highest ROI.

Create informational video content to provide drivers with helpful information on \xe2\x80\x9cwhat to expect\xe2\x80\x9d and help them prepare for shopping and delivering on the Spark Driver App.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration, MBA or BA in Marketing.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Experience in eCommerce platforms and product development.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
