Position Summary... The Sr Manager, Strategic Partnership \xe2\x80\x93 Meat & Seafood will be responsible for leading and monitoring the establishment of the newly signed partnership with Hilton Food Group. They will responsible and accountable for coordinating the commercial agenda (packaging, assortment, branding, claim (specs)), as well as, coordinating the workstreams with all involved stakeholders internally.
Their priorities will be to ensure milestones and deadlines are respected, as well as ensuring that the financial KPIs (as defined in the business case) are met.
What you\'ll do...
1) Coordination of the workstreams and lead management: develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to ensure successful integration and delivery of all functional workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Real Estate, Food Safety, Legal, \xe2\x80\xa6) of the Hilton strategic partn. Lead the overall team to ensure identification, management and resolution of project conflicts, issues, and risks.
2) Lead of the Commercial strategy (project-related): lead the development of the commercial sourcing strategy \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for defining and executing strategic sourcing goals for the category and ensuring a seamless connection between planned investments (business case), challenges to address (NPS and share) and our end-goal to be back at the forefront of the Canadian market in Meat & Seafood. Negotiates global vendor contracts to achieve best cost and value and hold vendors accountable to their KPIs. Drives innovation in product assortment and accountable for developing a revised CVP and maintaining claims-based programs (i.e. Sustainable Beef, Humanely Raised pork\xe2\x80\xa6).
3) Warrant of milestones and financial KPIs: accountability for the performance of the program, including aspects of governance, reporting, risk mitigation and strategic communication. Accountable for the development and maintenance of the Project Plan (workback schedule, key deliverables/dates...). Raise critical issues to the steering committee as required (risks, substantial deviations from budget...)
4) Secure LT supply of commodity (Meat & Seafood): accountable for surety of supply across all relevant categories (including Hilton production as well as alternate supply sources where appropriate, achieving the optimal balance between COGS and quality/specifications.
5) Build the LT vision to become the market reference in Meat & Seafood: Create annual business plan, as well as 3\xe2\x80\x935-year plan ensuring that the initial business case is delivered, while planning appropriately for future development/expansion/growth.
