Position Summary... Reporting to the National Mgr of Logistics Store Support, this role is responsible for supporting the entire LSS team (including claims) with an additional scope of owning the portfolio of Right Store, Right Service. This role will analyze operational performance based on data to proactively address issues or capture oppourtunities to improve overall business objectives. The role will also help to build and maintain current operating systems such as Tableau, CRM, WTMS, and Quickbase to educate our leaders on current metrics and support with next steps. In addition to the above, this Sr. LSS Analyst (RSRS) role will be responsible for building the analytics behind the 5 year strategy under the transportation portfolio. This individual will be required to manage on average about $286 million in frequency/deliveries and to drive optimization within our network and specific to our online grocery model.

What you\'ll do...

1. Highly accessible first point of contact for LSS team, NOC, Claims building of reports.
2. Ad Hoc reporting, analysis and presentation building for logistics leaders.
3. Immersed within the multiple systems to identify opportunities for service enhancement and/or cost reduction. Conducting regular reporting improvements and enhancements
4. Special Events: Oversees all special event reporting and execution including delay, claims, accessorial, load evaluations, carrier noncompliance, and many other business reporting.
5. Data mining and reporting: Responsible for all related data mining and service level reporting: 2X\xe2\x80\x99s daily flash reports, weekend summary reports, off-schedule trailers, regional tracking and reporting, business risk resolution-escalation and tracking.
6. Managing performance of DC, Transportation and Store Operations to comply with the parameters of the Service Level Agreement and having clear KPI and indication reporting for senior leadership that is easy to comprehend.
7. Manages the salesforce database both users, modifications and overall system improvements
8. Owner of Master Store Schedule and responsible for RSRS analytics strategy within the transportation portfolio. Right Store, Right Service is a key component of cost under the transportation PnL. This will require Project Management and presentation skills as well as the ability to present to senior leaders.
