Adecco is currently hiring several temporary part-time Bank Operations Officers to join our clients team in Mississauga, ON. Our client is a leader in the finance industry. As a Bank Operations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of banking activities. This role requires focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strong data entry skills. This role requires banking/financial industry experience (bookkeeping preferred).

• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Shifts: Monday to Friday during hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Job type: Temporary | Part-time 15h - 37.5h per week

Responsibilities: * Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Involved in the training of the discharge process - maintenance team
• Data entry
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications: * Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel)
• Data entry experience (2+ years)
• Banking/ financial industry experience - someone with bookkeeping experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Resourceful, Self-starter
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Previous Banking experience would be an asset
• Previous experience in Real estate finance is a strong asset
